Steps For Downloading Bank Statement
If you are unsure how to download their statement from another bank in the format Mortgage
Time requires, please follow the guidance below for the main banks:
ANZ
Log into ANZ Internet Banking
Navigate to Documents
Filter statements using the drop down menus and click Search – use 6 months
Select all, and download

ASB
After logging into Fastnet, click on ‘Menu’ at the top left corner of the screen.
Click on ‘Documents’ which will appear as an option on the right of the screen.
This will open a ‘Document Centre’ where PDF statements can be downloaded.
You can filter dates, document types and accounts to find the required statements.
BNZ
After logging into Internet Banking, click on ‘Menu’ at the top left corner of the screen.
Select the ‘Documents’ option from the menu.
There will be a drop down option to select statements, however a NetGuard code may be required.
Westpac
After logging into Internet Banking, click on the account that requires statements.
On the right hand side, select the ‘Download Statements’ option.
The recent statements will appear for the selected account and can be downloaded as a PDF.
You can filter dates, document types and accounts to find the required statements.

Kiwibank
After logging into Internet Banking, click on ‘Statement Vault’ on the right hand side.
Locate the most recent statement and then click ‘Download’ on the right hand side.
Then use the ‘Download’ arrow at the top of the statement to save it as a PDF format.
