Steps For Downloading Bank Statements

If you are unsure how to download your statement from another bank in the format Mortgage Time requires, please follow the guidance below for the main banks.

Requirements for Assessment:

Lenders typically require the most recent 3 to 6 consecutive months of official PDF statements for all active transactional, savings, credit card, and loan accounts. Statements must show your full name, account number, and bank logo.

ANZ

  1. Log into ANZ Internet Banking.
  2. Navigate to Documents.
  3. Filter statements using the drop down menus and click Search – use 6 months.
  4. Select all required statements, and download the PDF files.

ASB

  1. After logging into FastNet Classic, click on Menu at the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Click on Documents which will appear as an option on the right of the screen.
  3. This will open the Document Centre where PDF statements can be downloaded.
  4. You can filter dates, document types and accounts to find the required statements.

BNZ

  1. After logging into BNZ Internet Banking, click on Menu at the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Select the Documents option from the menu.
  3. There will be a drop down option to select statements (a NetGuard code or BNZ app approval may be required).

Westpac

  1. After logging into Westpac Internet Banking, click on the account that requires statements.
  2. On the right-hand side, select the Download Statements option.
  3. The recent statements will appear for the selected account and can be downloaded as a PDF.
  4. You can filter dates, document types and accounts to find the required statements.

Kiwibank

  1. After logging into Kiwibank Internet Banking, click on Statement Vault on the right-hand side.
  2. Locate the most recent statement and then click Download on the right-hand side.
  3. Then use the Download arrow at the top of the statement to save it as a PDF format.
